The annual Halloween animation showcase, Frames of Fear, is back!
Animators from the Washington, DC area and around the world are invited to haunt the storefronts of Adams Morgan, one of the most heavily trafficked and happening neighborhoods in DC.

Where do your favorite monsters shop? When the stores go dark, what creatures of the night come to life? We invited animators and illustrators to participate in our latest motion exhibit inspired by the vibrant neighborhood, Adams Morgan.
